We do not sell products directly — all purchases are made on the retailer's website (e.g. Amazon). Returns and refunds must be handled directly with the retailer where you made your purchase.
How to Return a Product
Since all purchases are completed on third-party retailers, returns are governed by their respective return policies:
Amazon India (Amazon.in)
- Most items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery
- Visit amazon.in/returns to initiate a return
- Go to Your Orders → Return or Replace Items
Amazon US (Amazon.com)
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Visit amazon.com/returns to initiate a return
- Go to Returns & Orders → Return or Replace Items
Questions About a Specific Order
If you have questions about an order, contact the retailer where you made the purchase. For Amazon orders, reach out to Amazon Customer Service directly.
Affiliate Commissions
If you return a product purchased through an Unwrapped affiliate link, any commission we earned will be reversed automatically by the retailer. There is nothing you need to do on your end.
